Walnut Street Music has closed its doors. It's dead, muerto, gone, vanished, it no longer exists. It once was, it is no more.
Its brief and relatively successful life was cut short when its reason for existence, after his fathers passing, Dan Frechette needed a few years to break from touring. It was a good run, we had a lot of fun and we met a lot of amazing people. All of us are thankful for having had the opportunity to work with Dan, who is clearly one of the most talented artists on the folk scene in North America.
